Customers choose from a range of customisable flash templates.
Each Flash Website is designed by the photographer using our multi step design process.
Once live the photographer has access to a full content management system to add or remove content.
The content management system allows photographers to change gallery photographs, slide show photographs, update written content as well as changing menus, links and profiles.
Each flash web site has an associated ecommerce section to display and sell photographs (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
The gallery sales area also has an associated content management system (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
A 30 day trial is available for this product.

Ecommerce only
If customers already have a website and wish to add an ecommece facility they can do so using this product.
Each ecommerce section has and album and gallery area to display and sell photos.
The gallery sales area also has an associated content management system (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).

Ecommerce Gallery
Each product comes with a fully ecommerce enabled album and gallery area.
Each album can be password protected as needed to limit access to individual customers.
A Photo Upload Applet is used to execute all uploads to your ecommerce gallery area. Once an album is selected or created, selected photos can be dragged and dropped for easy upload.
In the gallery area a watermark is applied to all photos to protect product copyright.
A slide show is also enabled in the gallery area.
A keyword search facility is available in the album selection area.
Customisation: The album and gallery can be customised with your sales banner, copyright information, page title information as well as links to your home page.
Content management system: A full content management system is enabled for the album and gallery area.
The contains but is not limited to: Product and postal pricing, add or delete content, order management, profile editing, add or remove photographers to/from accounts, customisation of your sales area.
Payments for gallery sales are made on a monthly basis by cheque or bank transfer (minimum payment is $50).

Domain Registration
During sign up, each customer is asked to enter their registered domain name.
Instructions on how to redirect an existing domain name is sent to the customer via email after the sign up process.
Photo Upload Applet
A Photo Upload Applet is used to execute all uploads to your ecommerce gallery area. Once an album is selected or created then selected photos can be dragged and dropped for easy upload.
The uploader also is used to:
A/ Assign keywords to each batch of uploaded photos.
B/ Password protect selected albums.
Payments to prosnapfile
After a 30 day trial if a customer agrees to proceed to full membership then payments to prosnapfile are taken on a monthly basis. All payments are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payments to customers
Payments for gallery sales are made on a monthly basis by cheque or bank transfer (minimum payment is $50).
All cheques will be sent to the customers registered address.
