The trademarks prosnapfile and thesnapfile are the sole property of Moynihan Process Engineering Ltd and may not be used by other parties. Moynihan Process Engineering Ltd is based in Ireland. Services offered

The content and services offered by prosnapfile is available 'as is'. These content and services may be changed without prior notice to users.

Any changes required to user content is the responsibility of the user and all reparation costs will be borne by the user.

Prosnapfile will be constantly updating the content and visual impact of it's services. To this end graphics, coding, text, links amongst others will be altered without prior notices to the users.

User content.

Content uploaded to our servers is used in conjunction with prosnapfile.com. prosnapfile offers no guarantee against the loss of these files from our servers. All uploaded material should be backed up by the user should the loss of data occur. All responsibility for any secondary uploading of images is to borne by the user as well as all associated costs. Images will be deleted from user accounts if that account is terminated.

Names registered.

All names registered by users through this service including site names and user names remain fully the property of prosnapfile. In the case of termination of a users account these names may be transferred to other users.

Agreement

This agreement will be subject to the law of the Republic of Ireland. Any claim against prosnapfile

Shall be brought in the Republic of Ireland.
