Flash Websites
Customers choose from a range of customisable flash templates.
Each Flash Website is designed by the photographer by adding content via their administration system.
Once live the photographer has access to a full content management system to add or remove content.
The content management system allows photographers to change gallery photographs, slide show photographs, update written content as well as changing menus, links and profiles.
Each flash web site may have an associated ecommerce section to display and sell photographs (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
The gallery sales area also has an associated content management system (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
A 14 day trial is available for this product.
The cost per year thereafter is: United States: $50, (Approximate equivalents: UK: £35 or Euro Zone: €40) for a hosted solution or $70 for template download.
Simple html (Press and Event) Templates
Customers choose from a range of customisable website templates which are ready to download.
Each website may be designed by the user and hosted by them.
Each website may be associated with an ecommerce section to display and sell photographs (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
The gallery sales area also has an associated content management system (details are given in the ecommerce gallery section).
The cost to download each Simple html template is: United States: $10, (Approximate equivalents: UK: £7 or Euro Zone: €8)
Sales Galleries (ecommerce section)
Customers choose from a variety of sales packages.
Each sales package comes with a different quantity of memory storage.
Each sales gallery has and album and gallery area to display and sell photos.
The gallery sales area also has an associated content management system (details are given below).
A 14 day trial is available for this product.
The cost per year is: United States: $50 to $129, (Approximate equivalents: UK: £35 to £90 or Euro Zone: €40 to €100)
Sales Gallery Content Management System
After customers sign in using their Username and Password they may
A/ Create their product list with associated pricing.
B/ Create appropriate postal charges for their products.
C/ Customise their galleries with appropriate graphics and links
D/ Update their profile.
E/ Set up their payment gateway using Paypal or opt for our default payment system.
F/ Change album passwords
G/ Easily delete or add images from their albums.
H/ Process their online orders
Uploading Photos to your Galleries
A Photo Upload Applet is used to execute all uploads to your ecommerce gallery area. Once an album is selected or created, selected photos can be dragged and dropped for easy upload.
In the gallery area a watermark is applied to all photos to protect product copyright.
A slide show is also enabled in the gallery area.
Each photo album
A/ May be password protected.
B/ Have appropriate keywords associated for easy search by your customers.
A keyword search facility is available in the album selection area.
Customisation: The album and gallery can be customised with your sales banner, copyright information, page title information as well as links to your home page.
Content management system: A full content management system is enabled for the album and gallery area.
The contains but is not limited to: Product and postal pricing, add or delete content, order management, profile editing, add or remove photographers to/from accounts, customisation of your sales area.

Domain Registration
During sign up, each customer is asked to enter their registered domain name.
Instructions on how to redirect an existing domain name is sent to the customer via email after the sign up process.
Photo Upload Applet
A Photo Upload Applet is used to execute all uploads to your ecommerce gallery area. Once an album is selected or created then selected photos can be dragged and dropped for easy upload.
The uploader also is used to:
A/ Assign keywords to each batch of uploaded photos.
B/ Password protect selected albums.
Note: keyword search is deactivated for password protected albums.
Payments to customers
All customers may activate paypal on their ecommerce accounts.
If paypal is activated then Moynihan Process Engineering Ltd trading as prosnapfile.com does not take a commission on sales.
If customers do not activate their paypal account and instead opt for payments to be made using WorldPay then a 15% commission will be taken on all sales.
Payments will be made to customers when they press the 'Request Payment' button and if the amount owing to them is greater than $50.00.
All cheques will be sent to the customers registered address.
